I still loved it and the Tate Gallery. I would like to add this quilt to the Collection, but I am tapped out right now. Which is killing me because there are very nice little quiltlets on the SAQA auction.
http://www.saqa.com/newsebulletins/Squares08_2a.aspxDelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11433487427679233617noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1210759514036256082.post-57747807377510319292008-11-19T13:53:00.000-08:002008-11-19T13:53:00.000-08:00I love seeing inspiration photographs and realizin...I love seeing inspiration photographs and realizing they themselves need not be works of art. The light doesn't need to be just so or even the color. It's lines and connections, relationships, angles, textures--any number of things that can be translated into Art. Beauty we see in life, that others may not have noticed or thought of in our special way. I realise that I have seen your work before and loved it. I have a history background and am very fond of anything medieval. Anything to do with ART is new to me and I have learnt so much from reading the generously written and shared blogs like yours. At 50 plus a whole new world has opened. Thanks for your share in it.
Shirley in Australiafrazzledsugarplummumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14662292532191196282noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1210759514036256082.post-12639628043644883502008-11-18T14:28:00.000-08:002008-11-18T14:28:00.000-08:00All sewn, I hate fusing!!
